JOB OVERVIEW

We are hiring a full-time video editor to join our fast growing ecommerce team.

- This is a long-term full-time position.
- Not short-term or project-based.

You will be creating/editing:
- 1–10 minute VSLs (Video ads)
- Hook variations
- Simple direct response video ads

???? COMPENSATION STRUCTURE:
- $4/hour – Training Period (First 2 Weeks)
- $5/hour – Independent Execution Level
- $6/hour – Senior Level (Can handle full VSL production independently from script without supervision)

Experience with direct response marketing.
