About REVOLVE:?Based in Scottsdale, Arizona Revolve Rentals is a luxury short-term rental management company specializing in high-end, design-forward homes. We operate at a five-star level and expect the same level of precision from our team.??
We are hiring a full-time Virtual Assistant with proven STR experience who thrives in fast-paced, detail-oriented environments.??

Responsibilities:?
• Managing Airbnb & VRBO listings?
• Guest messaging & booking coordination?
• Calendar management?
• Listing optimization (titles, descriptions, amenities, photos,etc.)?
• Setting up new listings from scratch?
• Filing damage claims and handling the case through to resolution?
• SOP creation & systems improvement?
• File management (Google Drive organization)?
• Maintaining five-star reviews, response times and guest satisfaction??

Minimum Requirements (Do Not Apply If You Do Not Meet These)?
• 1+ year experience managing Airbnb or VRBO listings?
• Strong written and spoken English?
• Available to work within 8:00am–8:00pm MST?
• Experience with at least one PMS (Guesty, Hospitable, Hostaway, etc.)??
