JOB OVERVIEW

Data Entry & Airtable Assistant (Design-Focused Project)

I’m building a curated database of design-led locations (architecture, galleries, public art, design showrooms, design hotels, etc.) I’m looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented assistant to help build and manage the backend database in Airtable.

Role Overview

You will help:
Build and maintain an Airtable database
Input and clean structured data
Link related records (e.g. locations ? designers)
Keep categories and tags consistent
Ensure accuracy and avoid duplicates
Suggest simple workflow improvements where useful

This role requires independence, precision, and strong attention to detail.

Main Tasks

For each approved location, you will:
Confirm official location name
Identify architect / designer (firm-level where possible)
Add website and Instagram
Add full address and latitude/longitude
Add opening hours (simple format only)
Assign correct category and tags
Link to the correct designer in the Designers table
Ensure formatting is clean and consistent

Initial Scope

The first task will be to clean and complete approximately 150 existing entries.
This can start as a project-based engagement for the Singapore database, with potential to continue as the database expands across additional regions.

Requirements
Proficient at English
Strong experience with Airtable (including linked records)
Excellent attention to detail
Comfortable doing structured online research
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Clear communication and regular progress updates
