The Savvy Expat LLC is a fast-growing relocation agency helping American expats move to the Philippines. We assist clients with housing, visas, banking, and full A–Z relocation support.
We’re looking for a highly driven Personal/Admin Assistant hybrid to grow alongside the company.

Location: Manila (Hybrid – On-Site & Remote)
Starting Salary: ?25,000/month (Full-Time, with growth potential)
Responsibilities
- Assist in person with filming YouTube content (basic videography skills)
- Schedule, upload, and post content across platforms
- Source and shortlist properties for expat clients
- Coordinate property viewings with realtors for our American expats
- Provide daily client communication support via WhatsApp
- Help manage calendars, tasks, and operational flow
Who We’re Looking For
- Must be based in Manila
- Female (under 35 years old)
- Strong English communication skills (written & spoken)
- Highly ambitious and growth-oriented
- Takes initiative — doesn’t wait to be told what to do
- Organized, detail-oriented, and hands-on
- Responsive and communicative
- Coachable and willing to learn new systems
- Experience dealing with expats or foreigners preferred
Schedule
Work hours: 9am - 5pm (Monday - Friday)
Hybrid setup: On-site for filming content, remote for admin work
