JOB OVERVIEW

We're a growing tech studio building an AI-powered SaaS platform for brands. We need a skilled developer to own our API integration layer — setting up, building, and maintaining connections to major e-commerce and advertising platforms.

What you'll be doing:

•Setting up developer accounts and obtaining API credentials for platforms like Google Ads, Shopify, Klaviyo, TikTok Ads, Amazon Ads, and Postscript
•Building and maintaining OAuth 2.0 authentication flows
•Creating reliable data sync pipelines that pull platform data into our application
•Implementing token refresh logic, error handling, and retry mechanisms
•Setting up and managing webhook receivers for real-time data updates
•Writing clean, well-documented TypeScript code that integrates with our existing codebase
•Troubleshooting API issues, rate limits, and platform-specific quirks

Our tech stack:

•Next.js / React / TypeScript
•Prisma ORM / PostgreSQL
•Deployed on Vercel
•AI layer powered by Anthropic Claude
•Agentic Saas

What we're NOT looking for:

•Someone who only knows WordPress or basic HTML/CSS
•Someone who hasn't worked with APIs in production
•Someone who needs hand-holding on OAuth flows

Requirements

Must have:

•3+ years of experience with REST API integrations

•Hands-on experience implementing OAuth 2.0 flows in production

•Experience with at least 2 of these APIs: Shopify Admin API, Meta/Facebook Marketing API, Google Ads API, Klaviyo API, Amazon Ads API

•Strong proficiency in TypeScript and Node.js

•Experience with Next.js API routes

•Familiarity with PostgreSQL and an ORM (Prisma preferred)

•Experience handling webhook receivers and token refresh in production

•Solid understanding of error handling, rate limiting, and retry patterns

Nice to have:

•Experience with multiple ad platform APIs

•Experience with Vercel deployments

•Familiarity with e-commerce data models (orders, customers, campaigns, metrics)

•Experience building data sync/ETL pipelines
