JOB OVERVIEW

Company: Australian premium supplement and functional food company focused on clean label, clinical-dose, science-backed formulations that actually work.

Location: Remote. Your work hours will be in line with Australian Eastern Business Hours
Hours: 20 hours per week, 9am–5pm Sydney time.

About Us:
We are a boutique, growing Australian brand of premium supplements and functional foods. Our formulations use clinical doses and high-quality ingredients, with no unnecessary fillers. We're looking for a creative graphic designer to help us educate consumers about supplement quality through clear, compelling social media content.

Your Responsibilities:
• Create 10-15 Instagram/Facebook graphics per week (educational posts, product highlights, customer testimonials)
• Design blog post featured images and headers
• Create email newsletter graphics
• Develop Reel/Story templates that align with our brand
• Maintain brand consistency across all designs
• Turnaround time: 24-48 hours on most requests
• Provide 2-3 design options for important campaigns

What We're Looking For:
Required:
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Canva
• Portfolio showing clean, modern designs (health/wellness/supplement brands preferred)
• Excellent typography skills (much of our content is text-based educational graphics)
• Understanding of social media formats and best practices
• Ability to source high-quality, authentic imagery (stock photos, icons, illustrations)
• Excellent written English (you'll be creating text-based graphics with educational content we provide)
• Reliable and responsive (must reply within 2 hours during work hours)
• Comfortable receiving feedback and iterating quickly
Bonus Points:
• Experience in the health, wellness, or supplement industry
• Knowledge of Instagram trends and what performs well
• Basic video editing skills (for Reels/Stories)
• Understanding of color psychology and brand positioning
• Familiarity with AI tools for occasional creative applications (seasonal posts, special campaigns)
• Illustration or icon design skills

Important: We value authenticity and trust above all. Most of our content is educational and text-focused. AI tools can be used occasionally for fun seasonal content (holidays, special events), but our core brand content should feel genuine and credible, not artificial.
