Position Overview
We are seeking a high-energy, highly confident Virtual Assistant to manage daily scheduling operations, communicate with independent contractor cleaners, and resolve customer service matters with professionalism and urgency.
This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone who is proactive, assertive, solutions-driven, and willing to go above and beyond.
English fluency (spoken and written) is a top priority!
Core Responsibilities
Scheduling & Operations
• Coordinate daily job schedules for independent contractor cleaners
• Handle last-minute cancellations and rescheduling
• Confirm appointments with customers and cleaners
• Ensure job coverage with minimal disruption
• Manage recurring service schedules
Customer Service & Issue Resolution
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone,
• Resolve complaints with confidence and professionalism
• De-escalate issues while protecting company standards
• Follow up after service to ensure satisfaction
• Maintain a high customer retention mindset
Cleaner Communication & Management
• Communicate expectations clearly to contractors
• Monitor attendance and performance feedback
• Assist with onboarding new independent contractors
• Ensure cleaners are aligned with company policies
Systems & Platform Management
Must be comfortable working in or learning:
• Go High Level (CRM & automation)
• Booking/scheduling software (Booking Koala)
• Slack or team communication apps
• Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
• Social platforms including:
o Instagram
• Nextdoor
• Basic understanding of multimedia content posting and engagement
• Required Qualifications
• Excellent spoken and written English
• High confidence in phone communication
• Strong problem-solving ability
• Ability to work independently without supervision
• Organized and detail-oriented
• High energy and positive attitude
• Strong internet connection and quiet workspace
• Ability to handle pressure and make decisions quickly
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in home service businesses (cleaning, HVAC, plumbing, etc.)
• Experience using Go High Level CRM
• Social media engagement experience
• Basic sales skills
