I am relaunching a digital marketing agency that already has businesses ready to begin local SEO and website services. I am seeking a highly experienced professional to join me as a strategic business partner — not an employee and not a contractor.
This is a long-term opportunity to help build a serious, scalable agency. The objective is not short-term income, but the creation of a business that grows consistently and becomes a lasting asset for both partners.
Partnership Structure & Compensation
• The partner will receive 30% of the company’s net profits, with 70% retained by the agency (majority ownership).
• Net profit is defined as revenue remaining after all operating expenses are paid (software, hosting, contractors, tools, etc.).
• Profit distributions will be paid weekly. At the end of each week, the partner will receive 30% of that week’s net profit.
• This structure is designed to reward performance directly — as the agency grows, your earnings grow alongside it.
Role Ownership
I will oversee client acquisition, sales, and growth strategy.
The partner will lead fulfillment and technical strategy.
You will be responsible for building and managing the operational backbone of our SEO and web services.
