JOB OVERVIEW

Work Hours: Part Time | The shift requires to start at 9AM to 1PM Pacific Time zone

We are looking to hire a remote client concierge and sales associate that is responsible in performing different administrative tasks such as but not limited to answering emails and phone calls, scheduling meetings, assisting lawyers and legal assistant with their inquiries, maintaining calendars, and booking client’s consultation with our lawyers, converting potential leads to sales through different social media messaging platform. The successful candidate must possess good customer service and sales skills.

Qualifications:
• Fast learner and attentive to instructions
• Must be tech savvy
• Knowledgeable in using Microsoft Office Applications
• Must be familiar with google suite especially google calendar
• Excellent phone, email, and messaging communication skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Must be detail-oriented
• Must have an in-depth experience with Customer Service and Receptionist duties
• Must be familiar with different social media platforms
• Must be persuasive in tele sales
• Experience in BPO, contact center, and telemarketing is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Serves as a primary point of contact for the firm, ensuring professional and efficient communication via email and phone.
• Offer a paid consultation to potential clients who’s seeking help with their legal concerns
• Reach out to potential clients via legal marketing platforms and other social media pages
• Coordinate and schedule consultations and maintaining an organized calendar
• Oversee and maintain contact lists, ensuring accurate record-keeping and strategic organization of client data.
• Proactively participate in the discussions about inquiries of the tea ---------- mbers and the management
• Maintain a high level of alertness and enthusiasm in doing the tasks
• Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on time
• Act as a trusted liaison between clients and legal teams, ensuring exceptional customer service and a seamless experience.
• Assist with other administrative tasks in the operations
