JOB OVERVIEW

Job Description

We are hiring a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help manage cleaning staff reports for multiple gym locations.

This role is mainly:

Reviewing cleaning submissions in Connecteam

Grading photos using our scoring guide

Creating and organizing scorecards in Google Drive

Pulling time worked from Gym software

Updating a simple monthly payout report

This is structured, checklist-based work. If you like following clear systems and being precise, you’ll do well.

Hours & Pay

~10 hours per week

$100/month to start

Performance bonus: You will receive a commission based on money saved from report accuracy and scoring corrections. The more accurate and detail-focused you are, the more you can earn.

Long-term opportunity with pay increases based on performance.

What You Must Be Good At

Strong attention to detail

Following written instructions exactly

Google Drive / Google Sheets

Clear written English

Minimal accent (you may send short voice recordings occasionally)

Experience with Connecteam or similar apps is a plus, but not required.
