About Us
We are a growing security staffing company based in Dallas–Fort Worth. We provide professional security personnel for venues, events, and private clients. We are expanding and looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant to help support hiring, guard communication, and administrative tasks.
Job Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include:
• Respond to guard questions through our admin platform
• Assist with hiring through Indeed
• Message applicants and schedule them for hiring meetings
• Track applicants in organized spreadsheets
• Help onboard new hires
• Add approved guards to company communication groups
• Assist with basic administrative tasks
• Escalate important issues to management
Requirements
Required:
• Strong English communication (written and reading)
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Reliable and responsive
• Comfortable using spreadsheets
• Professional communication skills
Preferred:
• Previous Virtual Assistant experience
• Customer service experience
• Hiring or recruiting support experience
Work Schedule
Starting hours:
• Part Time (Somewhat flexible)
• 4–6 hours per day
• Monday–Sunday
• Opportunity for more hours based on performance
Pay
• $3–$6 per hour depending on experience
• Opportunity for raises and long-term role
