Position Overview
Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for helping others navigate legal challenges? We're seeking a remote (Spanish/English) Paralegal who thrives in a team-oriented environment and prioritizes customer service. Your role will involve providing crucial support to our legal team and clients, ensuring efficient case management and compassionate client interactions.
This position is ideal for someone who has previous paralegal experience with a US based law firm, is compassionate, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing client interaction with paralegal work.

Key Responsibilities
• Communicate professionally and empathetically with Spanish and English-speaking clients, both verbally and in writing
• Translate accurately between Spanish and English during phone calls, client meetings, and written communications
• Assist with client intakes, documenting information clearly and thoroughly
• Maintain consistent communication with existing clients regarding their cases
• Prepare, type, and organize legal documents and client files
• Utilize case management software and follow established firm processes
• Support attorneys and tea
• Uphold the firm’s values by treating all clients and coworkers with respect, integrity, and professionalism
• Assist in the management of workers’ compensation cases, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain organized case files and documentation to support legal proceedings.
• Collaborate with attorneys and legal assistants to streamline workflows and achieve case objectives.

Qualifications
• Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written)
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect empathetically with clients who may be injured, stressed, or uncertain
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• High level of organization and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
****Minimum Bachelor's degree required. JD, or paralegal certificate, a plus/preferred. Previous PARALEGAL DUTIES AND EXPERIENCE with a US-based law firm is required.
