We need a detail-obsessed, tech-savvy, data entry specialist to support our production team through high-volume data entry, software setup, and system maintenance so our events and internal workflows run smoothly.

This is not a “figure it out and run the whole day” role. This is a precision execution role. You’ll follow SOPs, complete repetitive tasks with consistency, and keep our systems accurate and organized.

Schedule & Compensation

*Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm US Eastern (EST)
*Compensation: $7/hr

Here are the skill sets you need to win at this role:

1) Data Entry + Accuracy (Core Skill)

* High-volume data entry with **extreme attention to detail**
* Verifying details (names, emails, links, fields, records)
* Keeping databases clean (no duplicates, missing data, sloppy formatting)
* Comfortable completing repetitive tasks consistently

2) Software Management (SOP-Based Setup Work)

* Create subaccounts, clone accounts, and apply templates
* Customize client data and handle updates accurately
* Apps include **GoHighLevel, Airtable, Noloco, Slack, Google Workspace**, and others

3) Data Monitoring and Reporting

* Track key metrics and data accuracy
* Complete checklists and confirm systems are correct
* Report issues clearly when something looks off or doesn’t match SOP

4) Cross-Functional Support

* Assist multiple departments inside the company as needed
* Coordinate tasks and updates through Slack
* Document workflows when required

5) Time Management + Focus (Remote Role Reality)

* Able to work independently with minimal supervision
* Meet deadlines and maintain quality without constant reminders
* Stay focused in a remote environment with minimal distractions

6) Problem-Solving + Communication

* Can troubleshoot basic issues and communicate clearly
* Able to interact with software support when needed
* Proactive about flagging problems early (before they cause downstream issues)
