Remote Sales Manager
Position Title: Inside Sales Manager
Location: Remote (Philippines)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. (US Eastern Time)

About the Role
We are seeking a high-energy, growth-driven Inside Sales Manager to lead and scale our outbound and inbound sales teams in the Philippines. This role is pivotal to our 10X growth strategy and will be responsible for recruiting, training, scripting, and continuously developing a high-performing remote and onsite sales force.
Key Responsibilities
• Build and manage two distinct departments: Outbound and Inbound Sales.
• Recruit, onboard, and train remote and onsite sales reps.
• Develop and refine sales scripts, objection handling, and closing techniques.
• Implement ongoing training programs and performance coaching.
• Set, track, and achieve clear performance metrics (KPIs) for teams and individuals, create dashboards/reports and drive data-backed improvements.
• Monitor pipeline health, conversion rates, AHT, contact rates, and revenue per rep.
• Collaborate with leadership to align sales strategy with company growth goals.
• Foster a culture of accountability, energy, and excellence.
Qualifications
• 5–10 years of experience in inside sales leadership, preferably in BPO or high-volume environments.
• Proven track record of scaling teams and delivering revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of remote team dynamics and call center operations.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and analytical skills.
• Experience with CRM systems (preferably Infor CRM/Saleslogix) and sales-enablement tools.
• Hands-on experience creating KPI frameworks, setting targets, and managing to those metrics.
