Overview:
We are a mission-driven organization helping families and individuals facing challenges such as autism, ADHD, anxiety, depression, autoimmune conditions, and other chronic health concerns. We are seeking a compassionate, highly organized, and proactive Community Advocate to join our team full-time.
This role is critical in ensuring that people who register for our workshops feel supported, valued, and engaged, and ultimately, that they show up and gain meaningful value from their experience. The Community Advocate will be the lifeline for our registrants—building rapport, trust, and credibility while guiding them toward attending workshops and accessing resources that meet their needs.
Responsibilities:
Community Engagement & Support:
- Communicate with workshop registrants via text messaging, direct messages, and social media comments
- Respond promptly to inquiries, provide guidance, and ensure participants feel heard and supported.
- Ask insightful questions based on our SOP to engage leads and build meaningful rapport.
- Provide resources and guidance to help participants overcome challenges that may prevent them from attending workshops.
Event Support:
- Ensure registrants attend workshops and events, assisting with reminders, follow-ups, and logistical questions.
- Track engagement and progress of registrants, reporting any challenges or concerns.
Administrative & Technical Duties:
- Use software systems (GoHighLevel preferred but not required) to manage communications, registrant tracking, and reporting.
- Assist with posting, monitoring, and responding to ad comments and messages.
- Support internal teams with data entry and updates related to participant engagement.
Qualifications:
* Deep empathy and a genuine desire to help people facing significant challenges.
* Ability to build trust and rapport with diverse audiences.
* Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
* Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Experience with CRM systems or social media engagement (GoHighLevel,
* Positive, mission-driven attitude, with integrity and results-focused mindset.
* Comfortable using technology for communication, data tracking, and reporting.
