Role Overview:
I’m looking for a creative, high-performing unicorn to serve as a Social Media Strategist. In this role, you will take the lead in developing social media content and strategy and managing digital content across various platforms to boost visibility and growth.

Requirements:

*Strong written and verbal communication.
*Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities independently.
*Proficient in using creative design tools and social media platforms to maintain brand standards.

What You’ll Do:

These are the tasks the VA needs to handle independently and confidently from day one:

*Develop and implement strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement across all major platforms.
*Produce and oversee high-quality social media content across various formats, such as short-form video, image-based graphics, and multi-image posts.
*Break down long-form interviews and videos into engaging, short-form clips.
*Draft articles, blog posts, and engaging social captions that capture the brand's voice.
*Monitor trends, reply to comments, and engage in relevant groups to build community trust.
*Track and analyze digital insights to make data-driven recommendations for campaign improvement.
*Utilize design tools to create professional social media graphics and templates.

Nice-to-Have Experience (Responsibilities You Can Learn Over Time)
*These tasks are valuable but can be trained on the job:
*Answering customer inquiries and managing support inboxes.
*Performing light updates and SEO optimization on company websites.
*Supporting the setup of sales pages, lead magnet automation, and troubleshooting basic platform integrations.
*Assisting in building audience lists and sending networking or follow-up
