ROLE SUMMARY

This is a Listings & Operations VA role with primary responsibility over luxury watch listings across Shopify, Chrono24, eBay, Bezel, Watchfinder, and additional marketplaces as we scale.

This is not a general admin role. One incorrect digit on a $50,000 watch listing is unacceptable. You will be trained on strict SOPs and expected to operate independently with speed and precision after onboarding.

We are looking for someone structured, detail-obsessed, reliable, and serious about long-term growth.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Watch Listings (Primary Focus)

• Create and publish listings across all platforms
• Upload photos, specifications, reference numbers, pricing, and descriptions
• Cross-check every listing before publishing
• Update pricing and availability immediately when changes occur
• Mark items as sold or pending to prevent double-selling
• Maintain organized categories, tags, and internal tracking

Accuracy & Inventory Control

• Ensure zero listing backlog
• Maintain consistent formatting across platforms
• Manage spreadsheet-based inventory systems
• Assist with CRM updates and internal tracking

Operations Support

• Organize and rename high-resolution photos
• Coordinate shipment tracking updates
• Support internal communication systems

Future Expansion

• Assist with jewelry SKU uploads and Shopify inventory as we expand in 2026

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

• Listings live within 24 hours of photography
• Zero listing backlog
• Near-zero errors in pricing, specs, or imagery
• Ability to work independently without supervision
• Consistent, reliable daily output

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 2 years in a VA or e-commerce support role
• You have personally created and managed product listings on at least one e-commerce platform
• Strong written English
• Extremely detail-oriented
• Comfortable with structured, repetitive work
• Able to follow SOPs exactly
• Minimum 20 Mbps stable internet connection
• Modern computer (8GB+ RAM recommended)
• Ability to overlap with PST business hours

TRAINING, HOURS & STRUCTURE

• 60-Day Probation Period: This role begins with a 60-day probation period to ensure a perfect fit for our high-precision environment.
• Training Phase: During onboarding, you will overlap with our current VA. This requires partial PST hours to ensure a smooth transition and deep-dive training into our SOPs.
• Solo Operations: Once fully onboarded and ready to operate independently, your permanent shift will be 11:00 AM PST to 6:00 PM PST Monday to Friday, with another 5 hours (~2.5 hours per day) on the weekends.

COMPENSATION & GROWTH

• Starting salary: $700 USD per month
• Performance review at 60 and 90 days
