About the Role

The Best Reputation is hiring a Junior Account Manager (SEO Support) to assist our Senior Account Manager with day-to-day SEO execution. This role is typically not client-facing—you’ll work behind the scenes to help implement SEO tasks across multiple accounts and ensure deliverables are completed accurately and on time.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, and eager to grow their SEO skill set in a structured environment.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

You’ll support ongoing SEO campaigns with tasks such as:

Reposting/publishing content in CMS platforms (primarily WordPress)

Creating and maintaining Web 2.0 properties (Sites 2.0)

Performing backlinking tasks following provided guidelines

Basic on-page SEO optimization (titles, headers, internal linking, formatting, etc.)

Updating and optimizing existing content (as directed)

Organizing tasks, files, and documentation in shared tools (Google Drive, spreadsheets, project boards)

Following checklists/SOPs and reporting progress to the Senior Account Manager

What We’re Looking For

Required:

Based in the Philippines with reliable internet

Strong written English (for internal communication and basic content handling)

High attention to detail and ability to follow processes/checklists

Comfortable learning new tools and working independently

Basic familiarity with SEO concepts (or strong willingness to learn quickly)

Nice to Have (Not Required):

WordPress experience (posting, formatting, basic edits)

Experience with off-page SEO/link building

Familiarity with Google Docs/Sheets, Trello/Asana/ClickUp, or similar tools

Prior experience supporting multiple projects or accounts

Tools You May Use

WordPress and other CMS platforms

Google Workspace (Docs/Sheets/Drive)

Project management tools (Trello/ClickUp/Asana or similar)

SEO tools (varies by account)
