JOB OVERVIEW

Position Overview
This role is responsible for contacting existing patients who have outstanding, doctor-recommended treatment and successfully scheduling them for restorative procedures.

The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, highly organized, and experienced in dental scheduling and case follow-up. This is not an entry-level role — prior dental office experience and Dentrix proficiency are mandatory.

Responsibilities
Proactively call patients with diagnosed but unscheduled treatment
Educate patients on the importance and benefits of completing recommended care vs. delaying treatment
Overcome common objections (time, finances, insurance questions) with professionalism. Script will be provided
Schedule restorative treatment efficiently to keep doctor schedules productive.
Document all communication accurately in Dentrix and in Excel to track call results.
Coordinate with in-office team regarding scheduling availability and patient needs
Maintain professionalism and warmth in all patient interaction

Required Qualifications
Mandatory: Prior experience working in a dental office
Mandatory: Strong working knowledge of Dentrix
Experience scheduling restorative treatment (crowns, bridges, fillings, implants, etc.)
Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls
Confident communicator with strong phone presence
Ability to work independently and stay organized remotely
Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
