You will write email sequences and build HTML emails for recruitment agency clients to help them get replies, meetings, and new business.

Who this role is for

This role is for someone based in the Philippines who is confident working remotely with a UK team and UK based clients. You should be comfortable working to deadlines, following briefs, and communicating clearly online.

Working hours and communication

You will work remotely and collaborate with our UK team
There will be daily communication using tools like Slack or Teams
You will attend regular check ins on video
You must be able to overlap with UK working hours for a set amount of time each day (for example 2 to 4 hours)
You must have reliable internet and a quiet place to work

What success looks like
In your first 30 days

You learn our approach, tone, and workflow
You deliver your first sequences and HTML emails to a high standard
You get comfortable with client feedback and amends

Within 90 days

You can manage multiple clients at once without quality dropping
You write strong sequences that are clear, relevant, and easy to read
You build HTML emails quickly and they display properly on desktop and mobile
You reduce mistakes by doing strong checks before anything goes to a client

Within 6 to 12 months

You help improve results by learning what works and applying it
You build templates and repeatable processes to speed up delivery
You contribute ideas for new campaigns, lead magnets, and nurture journeys

What you will do
Write email sequences

You will write B2B email sequences, usually 8 to 12 emails
You will write follow ups that feel natural and not pushy
You will adapt messaging for different recruitment markets
You will keep writing clear and focused with a simple call to action

Build HTML emails

You will build clean HTML emails using templates
You will adjust layout, spacing, and structure so emails are easy to read
You will make sure emails look good in Gmail and Outlook and on mobile
You will check links and personalisation fields

Quality checks

You will proofread and test emails before they go out
You will spot errors early and fix them
You will keep work consistent across different clients

Improve performance

You will look at what worked and what did not
You will suggest improvements to subject lines, structure, and messaging
You will help clients get better outcomes over time

You can write short, clear B2B emails that get replies
You care about detail and do not rush sloppy work

Essential skills

Strong writing skills, especially for email
Experience writing or editing B2B email sequences
Experience building HTML emails in tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, or Brevo
Strong proofreading and quality control
Comfortable working in a fast moving agency

Nice to have

Experience in recruitment or working with recruitment clients
Basic deliverability knowledge
Experience with testing, segmentation, or automation workflows
