Meta Ads Creative Strategist
Location: Remote
Reports to: Head of Paid Media + VP of Growth
We’re looking for a Meta Ads Creative Strategist who doesn’t just traffic ads — but owns performance from idea to iteration.
This role is for someone who lives and breathes direct response. Someone who studies the market, understands psychology, writes world-class ad copy, builds scripts that convert, and ruthlessly optimizes based on performance data.
You will work directly with our Head of Paid Media and VP of Growth to drive measurable revenue through creative strategy.
What You’ll Do
Own creative strategy for Meta
Conduct deep customer, competitor, and market research
Write high-converting ad copy (UGC, founder ads, statics, hooks, headlines)
Develop video scripts and detailed creative briefs
Collaborate closely with designers, editors, and creators to ensure assets are executed properly
Manage timelines and ensure the creative team hits deadlines
Analyze performance daily and identify winning angles
Kill underperformers fast — no ego, no attachment
Iterate on top performers with structured testing frameworks
Maintain organized reporting, testing logs, and creative tracking
Continuously improve CTR, CVR, CPA, AOV, and MER
