About Us
We are a fast-growing US-based digital marketing company generating $10M+ in annual revenue, with multiple LLCs operating under one ownership structure. Our team is distributed across the US, PH and other countries. As we continue to scale, we are seeking a highly experienced Accounting Manager to lead accounting operations, oversee multi-entity financial management, and build scalable financial infrastructure to support continued growth.
This is a senior-level leadership role with significant ownership and visibility.
The Role
The Accounting Manager will own the full accounting function across multiple US-based entities. This role requires strong knowledge of US GAAP, multi-entity accounting, inter-company transactions, and consolidated reporting.. You will work directly with executive leadership to ensure financial accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency.
This is not a bookkeeping role — this is a strategic, hands-on accounting leadership position.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Leadership & Close Management
Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
Prepare accurate GAAP-compliant financial statements
Deliver consolidated reporting across multiple LLCs
Maintain clean general ledger structure and documentation
Multi-Entity & Intercompany Accounting
Manage accounting across several related US entities
Oversee intercompany allocations, eliminations, and reconciliations
Ensure entity-level performance visibility and reporting clarity
Revenue & Agency Accounting
Oversee revenue recognition (retainers, project-based, performance contracts)
Properly account for client pass-through ad spend
Monitor gross margins, operating leverage, and cost structure
Cash Flow & Financial Planning
Manage cash flow forecasting and working capital planning
Support budgeting and financial planning initiatives
Ensure appropriate tax reserves and owner distributions
Tax & Compliance Coordination
Act as liaison with US-based CPA and tax advisors
Support multi-state compliance and 1099 reporting
Ensure audit readiness and strong internal controls
Systems & Process Development
Improve and document accounting processes
Optimize accounting tech stack (QuickBooks,
Lead and coordinate accounting support team members (US & PH-based staff)
Required Qualifications
8+ years of progressive accounting experience
Proven experience managing accounting for US-based companies
Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting standards
Direct experience with multi-entity accounting and inter-company transactions
Experience supporting companies generating $10M+ in revenue
Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online or equivalent systems
Strong leadership and remote team collaboration skills
Preferred
CPA strongly preferred
Experience in digital marketing, agency, consulting, or service-based business
Experience building accounting systems in a scaling organization
Familiarity with distributed teams (US + offshore staff)
