Remote Short-Form Video Editor

Location: Remote (Philippines Preferred)
Type: Part-Time (20hr / week)
Salary: $400/month + Performance Bonuses
Contract: 6-Month Contract Available (After 2-Month Probation)
Payment: Monthly or Bi-Weekly (Guaranteed Once Onboarded)

About The Role
We are a growing social media agency building personal brands across TikTok, Instagram, and short-form platforms.
We are looking for a reliable, consistent, and growth-focused Short Form Video Editor to join our long-term team.
You will be editing high-volume short-form videos using proven viral frameworks and clear step-by-step SOPs. We already know what works — we need someone who can implement efficiently and consistently.
This is not a freelance gig. This is a structured long-term position with growth opportunities.

Responsibilities
Edit 40 short-form videos per day
Follow trend examples provided by our team
Replicate successful formats using our content
Create 5 caption variations per video to allow performance testing
Maintain consistent output daily (fixed targets, not fluctuating workload)
Follow provided editing frameworks and tutorials
Communicate clearly via ----------
Meet deadlines consistently
Videos are simple and fast to edit. Most edits take only a few minutes once trained.

Compensation
$400/month fixed salary
Not paid per video
Guaranteed monthly or bi-weekly payments once onboarded
