JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented MEPF BIM Modeler / Drafter with extensive experience in MEPF modeling and drafting for complex construction projects. The ideal candidate is highly proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and Bluebeam, and has a strong understanding of schematic interpretation, coordination, and MEP shop drawing production.

This role requires the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently, coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders, and communicate clearly with clients and site managers.

Key Responsibilities
Create detailed MEPF BIM models and shop drawings using Revit
Develop and update MEP shop drawings in accordance with project specifications and standards
Interpret construction documents, schematics, and design intent accurately
Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks
Collaborate with architects, engineers, site managers, and clients to resolve design conflicts
Maintain accurate documentation and drawing revisions
Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Ensure drawings comply with industry standards, codes, and project requirements
Utilize Bluebeam for markup, review, and coordination workflows

Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as an MEPF BIM Modeler / Drafter
Strong proficiency in:
Revit
AutoCAD
Navisworks
Bluebeam
Solid understanding of MEP systems (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection)
Experience producing MEP shop drawings in Revit
Ability to interpret schematics, construction documents, and coordination drawings
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
Excellent communication skills, including coordination with clients and site managers
High attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred Qualifications
Experience working on large or complex commercial construction projects
Previous coordination experience in a BIM environment
Familiarity with construction workflows and site coordination
