I’m looking for editors who genuinely love TV and know how to turn scenes into a tight, engaging story.
The style is similar to this:
The goal is to take scenes from a show (sometimes across multiple episodes) and cut them into one clean, streamlined 1–2 minute storyline that feels cohesive and intentional.
No on-screen text/graphics needed, just simple editing.
Just sharp pacing, smart dialogue trims, and subtle head tracking to keep the frame dynamic.
Requirements:
Adobe Premiere Pro and/or After Effects is required
Strong instinct for which lines to keep and which to cut
Ability to remove silences, filler shots, and anything that drags
Restructuring scenes so they flow naturally together
Clean, subtle head tracking (plugins like Mocha Pro preferred)
Edits that feel immersive, not flashy
I’ll provide:
The show
The direction/theme
Clear notes on the style
This is ongoing work for the right editor. I’m looking for people who naturally watch a scene and think, “this could be way tighter.”
Because there will likely be a high number of applicants, the best way to guarantee your application is properly reviewed and considered is to create a 100% relevant sample in this exact style and submit it through this form:
Any editor I choose from this application process will be paid for their sample and all subsequent work.
I’m looking to build long-term relationships and can provide as much ongoing work as you want if it’s a good fit.
