JOB OVERVIEW

Expert-level Microsoft Intune / Endpoint & Application Specialist required.
MD-102 (Endpoint Administrator) certification must be completed.

Primary Duties

Configure, maintain, and support Microsoft endpoint and application management platforms for internal operations and managed service customers:

Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Manager)
Windows 10 / Windows 11 endpoint management
Autopilot deployments and device lifecycle management
Application packaging, deployment, and update management
Enterprise software inventory and license tracking
Endpoint security baselines and compliance policies
Device configuration profiles and policy enforcement
Patch management and update rings
Troubleshooting endpoint, application, and policy deployment issues

Required Experience

MD-102 (Microsoft Endpoint Administrator) certification required
Proven experience managing enterprise fleets of computers (workstations and laptops)
Hands-on experience with software application inventory, deployment, and lifecycle management at scale
Experience supporting multiple customers in a Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment
Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows OS, applications, and endpoint security configurations

Preferred Experience

ThreatLocker, Defender for CloudApps, MAM and MDM management
Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) device integration
Conditional Access policy alignment with device compliance
Microsoft Defender for Endpoint
PowerShell scripting for endpoint automation
Experience with co-managed or hybrid environments
