We are a fast-growing U.S. fire protection company seeking a reliable and experienced B2B Cold Caller & Appointment Setter to help expand our commercial client base.
This is a LONG-TERM opportunity for the right person who can produce real results.
You will be responsible for finding qualified business leads, making outbound cold calls using our RingCentral system, and setting in-person appointments for our sales team.
? Experience with RingCentral or a similar VoIP dialer is REQUIRED.

• Research targeted B2B leads (hotels, apartments, property managers, banks, etc.)
• Make outbound cold calls to decision makers
• Navigate gatekeepers professionally
• Set qualified in-person appointments
• Follow up with interested prospects
• Enter clear notes into our CRM
• Maintain professional phone presence at all times

### Requirements
• Proven B2B cold calling experience
• Strong, clear English speaking ability
• Experience using RingCentral or similar dialer
• Lead research experience (Google, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Reliable high-speed internet
• Quiet work environment
• Ability to follow scripts but sound natural
• Highly dependable and results-driven

• 80–120 outbound calls per day
• Minimum 6 qualified appointments per month
• Accurate lead data
• Professional call handling

• Part-time position
• Tuesday – Thursday calling schedule
• 3–5 hours per day

• $250/month during 60-day trial
• $10 bonus for each kept appointment
