JOB OVERVIEW

We’re a luxury real estate team in Florida building a high-end, cinematic, lifestyle-driven brand.
This is NOT a basic “do what I tell you” VA role.
We are looking for a Growth Partner — someone who understands Instagram/Facebook/Google, brings fresh ideas, and can build ---------- ntum organically (not by throwing money at ads).
***Important: This is a full-time, exclusive position. If you currently have another client/job or plan to keep one, please do not apply.***

Responsibilities:
*Create and schedule posts for Instagram + Facebook (Reels, Stories, carousels)
*Create/repurpose short-form cinematic videos (CapCut or similar)
*Write captions that drive comments, saves, shares, and DMs
*Weekly “idea pipeline”: bring fresh content ideas based on Florida lifestyle + local Tampa Bay area
*Track performance and improve based on analytics (what worked, what didn’t, what to test next)
*Post and optimize Google Business Profile (posts, photos, basic optimization + strategy)
*Help grow followers and engagement organically
*Maintain a simple content calendar and weekly reporting

What You MUST Be Great At:
*Understanding what makes content perform (hooks, retention, pacing, trends)
*Luxury branding (clean, high-end, not cheesy)
*Editing video with strong rhythm (cinematic style, not choppy random edits)
*Thinking like a strategist: you bring ideas before I ask
*Strong written English (captions + messaging)
*Organization + consistency (you post on schedule without being chased)

Requirements / Non-Negotiables:
*Exclusive employment: You may not work for any other employer/client while working with us
*Willing to install Hubstaff (time tracking/monitoring)
*Reliable computer + stable internet (speed test required)
*Quiet workspace
*Able to work US Eastern Time schedule (we’ll define hours)
*Must provide proof of results (screenshots/links)

Pay + Schedule:
*$4.75–$5.50 USD/hr max (based on skill + proof)
*Paid bi-weekly
*30-day paid trial (we will know quickly if it’s a fit)
