Position Summary
Role: VA – Proposal & Business Plan Writer
Trial Period: 30 Day (Performance & Skills Evaluation)
Work Schedule: 5-6 Hours Daily, Monday–Friday
Time Zone Requirement: U.S. Eastern Time (Mandatory)
Compensation: ($250.00 USD per month)
Payment Schedule: Monthly (Every Monday)
Payment Method: Payoneer Financial Services
Primary Responsibilities
Draft professional business plans (startup & expansion models)
Prepare grant proposals (private, nonprofit, and government)
Write and format government contracting bid proposals
Analyze RFP/RFQ/RFI requirements and ensure compliance
Develop:
Executive Summaries
Technical Narratives
Pricing Proposals
Capability Statements
Past Performance documentation
Conduct market research & competitor analysis
Assist with business certifications (if applicable)
Maintain organized proposal templates and documentation libraries
CPM / Project & Task Management (REQUIRED)
Create and manage a structured CPM (Content / Campaign / Project Management) system
Develop weekly task schedules
Track proposal deadlines and submission milestones
Provide weekly performance and progress updates
Maintain version control of documents
Strong organization and deadline management are mandatory.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
- Minimum 5+ years professional experience writing business plans and proposals
- Verifiable portfolio of completed proposals
- Demonstrated experience with government bid submissions
- Advanced English writing proficiency
- Ability to meet strict deadlines
- Independent, self-managed worker
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Stable internet connection
1-Week Trial Period (MANDATORY)
Shortlisted applicants must complete a 1-week paid trial, which may include:
Drafting a sample executive summary
Structuring a mock RFP response outline
Conducting market research analysis
Creating a proposal task timeline

Performance Incentive:
