JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly skilled Virtual Assistant who fully understands Meta Ads, offer creation, funnels, and GoHighLevel. This is not an entry-level position. You must already have real, hands-on experience managing campaigns, building funnels, and working inside modern marketing tech stacks.

If you do not already have these skills and tools in your toolbox, please do not apply.

What You Must Already Know and Have Experience With:

• Meta (Facebook and Instagram) Ads Manager – campaign creation, scaling, testing, retargeting, and optimization
• GoHighLevel – funnel building, automations, workflows, CRM management, and integrations
• Offer structure and funnel strategy – understanding how to build converting offers, landing pages, and lead flows
• Marketing automation and integrations
• AI tools for marketing, automation, and productivity
• Understanding of lead generation, customer acquisition, and performance tracking
• Tech-savvy and able to learn and implement tools quickly

Your Responsibilities:

• Create, manage, and optimize Meta ad campaigns
• Build and manage funnels inside GoHighLevel
• Assist with offer testing and optimization
• Implement automations and workflows
• Help improve lead generation and conversion rates
• Work with modern marketing tools and AI platforms

Requirements:

• Proven experience running Meta Ads successfully
• Proven experience with GoHighLevel
• Strong understanding of funnels and marketing strategy
• Must be organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Must be proactive and solution-focused
• Must provide examples of past work and results
