JOB OVERVIEW

Main Skills We Require
Social Media Graphic Design (Instagram) – strong experience with carousels, posts, thumbnails, and social-first layouts
Professional Graphic Design Skills – clean layouts, strong typography, visual hierarchy, agency-level quality
AI Photo Generation (High Quality) – ability to create realistic, professional AI-generated images using advanced tools (basic generators are not sufficient)
Photo Editing & Image Compositing – professional Photoshop skills
Professional Presentations & PDFs – ability to create structured, high-end presentations and case study PDFs (InDesign)

Primary Current Focus
Your primary current responsibility is creating Case Studies and Success Stories from our Agency in the form of Instagram content.

This includes:
Structuring case studies
Visually explaining results and outcomes
Turning raw information into high-quality Instagram carousels and thumbnails

You will receive input and support, but you are responsible for the final structure, design, and visual storytelling.

AI Image Generation (Important)

We do not use real customer faces.

You must be able to:
Create legit, high-quality AI-generated images
Write strong prompts
Produce realistic, professional visuals
Adapt AI visuals to different roles and industries (e.g. DJ, brand, coach)
Basic AI image tools alone are not sufficient.

VERY IMPORTANT: Creative & Independent Thinking
This role requires strong creative thinking and self-management.
You are not being guided step by step.

We expect you to:
think independently
bring your own creative ideas
develop concepts on your own
take ownership of the visual outcome

This is not a “hand-holding” role.
We are looking for someone with creative confidence, initiative, and a strong personal design judgment.
