???? Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Part-Time Accountant to manage accounting operations across both businesses. The successful candidate must be highly proficient in QuickBooks, capable of setting up accounting systems from scratch, issuing invoices, managing financial records, and preparing management reports.

This is a long-term remote role for a reliable and professional accountant with strong English communication skills.

???? Key Responsibilities

Set up, configure, and maintain QuickBooks Online accounting systems

Record daily financial transactions and reconcile accounts

Issue invoices and manage accounts receivable and payable

Prepare monthly management accounts, financial statements, and reports

Perform bank and credit card reconciliations

Track expenses, revenues, and cash flow

Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis

Maintain organized financial documentation

Ensure accuracy, compliance, and best accounting practices

???? Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (required)

Minimum 5 years of professional accounting experience

Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks (mandatory)

Strong experience with:

Bookkeeping

Invoicing

Financial reporting

Management accounts

Excellent written and spoken English (advanced level required)

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Highly organized and deadline-driven

Ability to work independently and manage multiple business accounts

Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets

Strong numerical and analytical skills

Clear written communication and reporting
