• Track credentials (BLS, ACLS, TB, licenses)
• Upload & manage hospital compliance portals
• Follow up on missing documents
• Make and receive professional phone calls (no background noise)
• Daily shift handoff reporting
Required Skills (STRICT)
• Healthcare recruitment or hospital staffing experience
• Comfortable with multiple portals & systems
• Strong English (spoken + written)
• Professional phone etiquette
• Quiet work environment (NO exceptions)
• Can think independently before asking questions
