JOB OVERVIEW

Are you a healthcare professional who prefers clinical documentation over bedside care?

We are a stable, physician-led Interventional Pain Management practice based in Kansas, USA. We are looking for a long-term tea ---------- mber to serve as our Medical Scribe and Clinical Admin.

This is NOT a short-term project. We are looking for a smart, fast, and tech-savvy professional to become the doctor's "right hand" virtually.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
You will work directly with the physician during patient encounters. You are not just typing; you are managing the clinical workflow.

Live Scribing: Documenting History of Present Illness (HPI), Physical Exams (PE), and Treatment Plans in real-time.

eClinicalWorks (eCW) Management: Navigating the EMR, creating templates, and managing orders.

Clinical Admin: Handling Prior Authorizations, referrals, and faxing.

Medical Necessity: ensuring notes are written to support insurance billing requirements.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR (The "Hybrid" Profile):
We do not strictly require an RN or PT license. We value speed, logic, and English fluency above all else.

Ideal Professional Backgrounds:

Experienced Healthcare BPO Agents (with clinical accounts).

Licensed Pharmacists (RPh) – Highly encouraged to apply.

Medical Technologists (RMT).

Nurses (RN) or Physical Therapists (PT) if you have strong computer skills.

REQUIRED HARD SKILLS:

Typing Speed: Minimum 55+ WPM (Non-negotiable). You must be able to keep up with dictation.

Tech Savvy: Comfortable using dual monitors, navigating multiple tabs, and learning complex software (eClinicalWorks).

English Mastery: Neutral accent for phone tasks and near-perfect written grammar for charting.

Connectivity: Wired Fiber Internet (25Mbps+) with a Back-up Power Source (Generator/Battery) required within 21 days of hiring.

PREFERRED (But We Will Train the Right Person):

Experience with eClinicalWorks (eCW).

Experience in Pain Management, Orthopedics, or PM&R.

Experience with Prior Authorizations and Insurance Verification.

WHAT WE OFFER:

Competitive Pay: $5.50 - $7.00/hour (depending on experience).

Growth: Performance review and potential raise at 90 days.

Training: We invest in you. We provide paid training on our specific eCW templates and Pain Management protocols.

Stability: Direct hire with the physician (no agency middleman).

Schedule: Fixed Shift. Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM US Central Time. (Approx 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM PH Time).
