- Location: Remote
- Employment Type: Full-Time (40 hours/week)
- Work Schedule: 4 hours (8am-12pm) with EST, 4 hours aligned with Philippines Time

[Role Overview]
- We are seeking a highly analytical Supply Chain & Inventory Planning Manager to lead inventory strategy, demand forecasting, working capital management, and 3PL coordination across multiple warehouse locations and sales channels. This role requires both operational execution and structured strategic planning. You will be responsible for organizing existing processes, improving forecast accuracy, preventing stockouts and overstock, reducing aging inventory, and protecting cash flow. This is a critical role within a scaling beauty brand operating across DTC, wholesale, and marketplace channels.

[Key responsibilities]

1. Inventory & Replenishment Planning
- Oversee inventory across multiple warehouse locations
- Establish safety stock levels and reorder points
- Prevent stockouts and overstock situations
- Monitor lot tracking and expiration risk
- Build structured replenishment models

2. Demand Forecasting & Sales Alignment
- Develop SKU-level demand forecasts
- Integrate promotional calendar into forecast planning
- Forecast seasonal spikes and campaign-driven volume
- Lead monthly Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process
- Continuously improve forecast accuracy

3. Inventory Valuation & Working Capital Management
- Conduct inventory valuation reporting
- Monitor inventory turnover and days on hand
- Manage inventory impact on cash flow
- Align production timing with working capital strategy
- Reduce excess inventory exposure

4. Inventory Aging & Liquidation Strategy
- Build structured 6M / 9M / 12M aging reports
- Identify slow-moving SKUs early
- Develop liquidation plans (bundles, promotional allocation, wholesale offload)
- Minimize write-offs due to expiration

5. Financial & Cost Analysis
- Calculate landed cost per SKU (production, freight, duty, 3PL)
- Analyze margin impact from promotions and shipping subsidies
- Monitor fulfillment cost efficiency
- Support channel-level profitability analysis

6. 3PL & Fulfillment Management
- Primary point of contact for 3PL partners
- Monitor pick & pack accuracy and SLA performance
- Optimize shipping cost strategy
- Improve fulfillment efficiency

7. Purchase Order & Production Coordination
- Execute and track Purchase Orders
- Coordinate with manufacturers on lead times
- Manage MOQ planning and production scheduling
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks

8. Process & System Development
- Build structured inventory dashboards
- Develop SOPs for replenishment and reporting
- Identify operational inefficiencies
- Recommend automation or system improvements

Qualifications
- 5+ years in supply chain, inventory planning, or operations
- Experience in beauty, skincare, or consumer goods preferred
- Strong multi-channel inventory management experience
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets modeling skills
- Experience working with 3PL partners
- Strong analytical and financial planning capability
- Ability to work independently in a remote, cross-timezone environment
