[Role Overview]
- We are hiring a Director of E-Commerce to lead and scale our DTC business. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring deep Shopify expertise, strong analytical capability, and prior beauty brand experience. You will own digital revenue performance across Shopify and marketplaces, with full responsibility for site optimization, reporting, and growth execution.
[Key Responsibilities]
1. Revenue Ownership
- Own monthly DTC revenue targets
- Track and improve CVR, AOV, LTV, CAC, MER, NC CPA
- Deliver structured weekly and monthly performance reports
- Build revenue forecasts and projections
2. Shopify Leadership
- Full backend ownership of Shopify
- Lead CRO initiatives (PDP optimization, landing pages, checkout flow)
- Manage app stack and integrations
- Improve bounce rate and checkout completion
3. Performance Marketing Alignment
- Collaborate with paid media team
- Optimize landing pages based on campaign objectives
- Analyze ROAS and blended performance
- Improve traffic quality and attribution clarity
4. CRM & Retention
- Increase
- Optimize lifecycle flows
- Improve repeat purchase rate
5. Marketplace Oversight
- Manage Marketplaces storefront performance
- Optimize listings and pricing strategy
- Coordinate with operations on inventory alignment
6. Analytics & Data
- Own GA4, Shopify analytics, and reporting dashboards
- Ensure tracking accuracy
- Identify and remove bot traffic distortion
[Qualifications]
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 7+ years of e-commerce experience
- Beauty or skincare brand experience required
- Advanced Shopify expertise (backend, integrations, CRO)
- Ability to utilize AI tools
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
