Job Summary

We are hiring our first full-time Remote Sales Representative / Dispatcher to manage inbound leads, book junk removal jobs, dispatch subcontractors, and oversee jobs from start to finish.

This role combines sales, customer service, and operations. You will be responsible for converting inbound leads into booked jobs, managing fulfillment through Zenbooker, and handling customer issues with professionalism and accountability.

This position is ideal for someone with prior experience in remote sales or dispatching for a blue-collar or home-service business who wants a stable, long-term role with growth opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Booking
• Answer inbound phone calls via OpenPhone
• Respond quickly to inbound leads from booking platforms and online inquiries
• Book and close junk removal jobs using Zenbooker
• Clearly explain flat-rate pricing and volume discounts
• Focus on fast response times, quality bookings, and closing jobs
• Apply discounts, waive fees, or issue credits when appropriate to close deals or resolve issues

Dispatch & Job Management
• Manage all jobs inside Zenbooker
• Dispatch subcontractors using Zenbooker’s auto-assignment and prioritization system
• Ensure subcontractors receive accurate job details and accept assignments
• Monitor job progress from booking through completion
• Communicate with contractors and customers as needed on job day

Customer Service & Issue Resolution
• Handle cancellations, reschedules, refunds, complaints, and price changes
• Manage customer concerns professionally and empathetically
• Follow SOPs to resolve most issues independently
• Take ownership when mistakes happen and make it right for the customer
• Escalate only extreme or unsolvable situations

Admin & Systems
• Maintain accurate records in Google Sheets, Docs, and Drive
• Follow SOPs, scripts, and workflows consistently
• Track activity, bookings, and performance metrics
• Work within Zenbooker as the primary operating system

How Our Process Works
• Customers either book and pay online or call in to book
• Payment is authorized at booking but not charged until the job is completed
• Jobs appear in Zenbooker and are offered to subcontractors by location
• Contractors accept, complete the job, and mark it complete
• Admin charges the card and an automatic review request email is sent

You will manage this process end-to-end.

Qualifications
• Prior experience in remote sales, dispatching, or customer service for a home-service or blue-collar business (junk removal, cleaning, moving, etc.)
• Strong phone communication and sales ability
• Fast learner who follows SOPs closely
• Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable handling customer issues independently
• Experience with Zenbooker, Jobber, BookingKoala, Workiz, or similar platforms preferred
• Comfortable using Google Docs, Sheets, and Drive
• Able to work consistently during Arizona business hours

• Structured onboarding with shadowing
• Recorded SOPs and walkthroughs
• Live training and support
• Expected ramp-up time: 1 week
