Sales Development Representative (Healthcare / Aesthetic Medicine)

DM Setting + Outbound Calls | Growth to Discovery Closer | Long-Term Role

We are the International Institute of Aesthetic Medicine (IIAM) — a leading North American training institute that certifies medical professionals in cosmetic injectables (Botox, dermal fillers, PRP, advanced aesthetic treatments).

We train physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and nurses who want to enter or grow in aesthetic medicine.

We are looking for a high-level SDR who can:

• Set appointments via Instagram & Facebook ----------
• Make outbound calls to warm leads
• Pre-qualify healthcare professionals
• Eventually grow into running discovery calls

This is a long-term opportunity with serious growth potential.

Who This Role Is For

You are:

• Extremely fluent in English (neutral accent — must sound North American)
• Confident speaking to doctors and nurses
• Familiar with aesthetic medicine / cosmetic injectables
• Comfortable with outbound dials (not afraid of the phone)
• Highly organized and coachable
• Interested in long-term growth into a closing role

HUGE Bonus If You:

• Have worked in cosmetic injectables, dermatology, or med spa space
• Are a Registered Nurse (RN), medical professional, or have injector experience
• Have experience booking high-ticket appointments
• Have worked in HubSpot, Salesmsg, or CRM systems
• Understand Botox, dermal fillers, PRP, cannula techniques, etc.

We do not want someone who has to Google what Botox is.

Your Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound leads via DM and text
• Call new leads within 24 hours
• Pre-qualify medical professionals
• Book discovery calls for our Program Advisor
• Handle light objections (price, travel, timing)
• Follow structured SOP + scripts
• Log all activity inside HubSpot

After 3–6 months (based on performance), you may begin taking discovery calls and earning commission on closed sales.

We only accept licensed healthcare professionals:

• MD / DO
• NP / PA
• RN / RPN / LPN (varies by state/province)
• Dentists
• IMG physicians

You will be speaking to educated, career-driven medical professionals.

Compensation

Base salary + performance bonuses

Performance incentives for:
• Calls booked
• Show rate
• Enrollment rate (if you grow into closer role)

This is not a short-term VA position. We are building a serious sales team.

Work Schedule

Must overlap with:
• Eastern Time (USA/Canada)
• Some evenings possible

Full-time preferred.
