We are a UK-based Amazon FBA business looking for a reliable Product Research Virtual Assistant to help identify profitable products for Online Arbitrage and Wholesale sourcing.
This role focuses on QUALITY OVER QUANTITY. The objective is not to analyse the highest number of products, but to identify stable, profitable opportunities that meet clear and realistic buying criteria.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Scan supplier and wholesale product lists
Research products on Amazon UK
Analyse Keepa charts and price history
Calculate profit, ROI and competition levels
Identify stable and realistic buying opportunities
Record results accurately in Google Sheets
As the role develops, additional tasks may include researching potential suppliers and distributors and assisting with sourcing and supplier research.
This is a product research role only. No customer service, listing creation or advertising work is required.

REQUIREMENTS
Experience with Amazon FBA product research (Online Arbitrage or Wholesale)
Understanding of Keepa charts and Amazon fees
Strong attention to detail
Ability to prioritise accuracy over speed
Good English communication
Reliable internet connection

WORK STRUCTURE
Initial paid trial period (1 full day, 8 hours). In some cases a few trial days may be used to ensure a good long-term fit.
Trial rate: $2.00 per hour.
No bonus during the trial period.
After successful trial, the role moves to part-time and eventually full-time work.

PAY STRUCTURE
Base pay is $2.00 per hour.
In addition, performance bonuses are paid for product leads that meet our buying criteria and are approved for purchase. The bonus structure rewards accuracy and quality rather than high volume.
Bonus structure example:
Approved product with approximately £100–£199 total expected profit ? $3 bonus
Approved product with approximately £200–£399 total expected profit ? $6 bonus
Approved product with approximately £400+ total expected profit ? $12 bonus
This structure encourages focusing on stronger opportunities rather than sending large numbers of low-quality leads.
This will include any wholesale excel sheets I provide (I will be sending quite a few of these to be scanned)
We prefer fewer high-quality leads instead of many low-quality submissions.

Minimum ROI around 30%
Minimum profit around £3 per unit
Stable pricing history on Keepa
Reasonable competition levels
Products with strong overall profit potential
In general, if a product cannot comfortably generate approximately £100 total profit per purchase, it is usually not worth buying. Higher profit opportunities are more likely to be selected.
Final criteria will be discussed and refined together to ensure they are realistic and achievable.
