JOB OVERVIEW

FULL-TIME VIDEO EDITOR (Long-Term Career Role)

This is a full-time, salaried position.

This is not freelance.
This is not project-based work.
This is not a side job.

We are hiring one dedicated Video Editor to grow long-term inside Bakes Media.

If you are currently juggling multiple clients or looking for flexible hours, this role will not be a fit.

About Bakes Media

We are a YouTube Content Agency helping brands build profitable authority through high-converting Talking Head business content.

We focus on performance.
We build content that generates leads and revenue.

Our client base is growing quickly, and we are expanding our core team.

Position Details

• Monday–Friday
• 9am–5pm EST (must be available during these hours)
• Daily team communication
• Structured workflow and systems
• Long-term commitment required

Consistency and reliability are mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Edit 2–3 long-form YouTube videos per week
• Create short-form clips from long-form content
• Follow structured outlines and retention systems
• Deliver projects on schedule
• Communicate daily with the team

You will be editing content designed to drive authority and revenue.

Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro
• Strong understanding of YouTube pacing and retention
• Clear English communication (written and verbal)
• Ability to receive feedback and implement quickly
• Strong time management and reliability
• Interest in performance-driven editing

Important

Applicants must:
• Not be working with other clients during this role
• Be available full-time during EST hours
• Be committed to long-term employment

Must Be able to edit long form videos within 2 days

Compensation

Base Salary: $900 – $1,500/month (based on skill level)

Performance bonuses based on:
• Video performance
• Client retention and renewals
