Commercial Manager
Vantage Group
Remote / Hybrid | Full-Time
Commercial Structuring, Pricing Strategy, Contract Architecture
About Vantage Group
Vantage Group is a facilities management execution platform built to bring structure, accountability, and operational control to interior and exterior services across complex property portfolios.
We work with owners, operators, and private real estate groups who are tired of:
Managing fragmented vendor networks
Chasing missed services and incomplete work
Lacking visibility and documentation
Escalating issues without enforcement authority
Overloading internal teams with coordination chaos
Vantage is not a property management company.
We are the operating and accountability infrastructure between ownership and execution.
We are building this company deliberately — with systems, economic discipline, and long-term enterprise value in mind.
The Opportunity
We are seeking a Commercial Manager to own the economic architecture and structural integrity of every deal entering the company.
- This is not a junior estimating role.
- This is not a bid compilation position.
- This is not a sales support function.
This role is responsible for protecting margin, structuring contracts correctly, defining SLAs, and ensuring that every portfolio we onboard is operationally executable and economically sound.
In a young, lean, high-growth platform, this position is foundational.
Role Mission
The Commercial Manager exists to ensure that:
- Every proposal is structurally clear
- Every contract reflects enforceable standards
- Every deal meets margin guardrails
- Every SLA is measurable and enforceable
- No bad revenue enters the company
- You are the economic filter and structural architect of Vantage Group.

5. Vendor Pricing & Commercial Review
Review vendor quotes for scope alignment
Identify pricing inconsistencies
Normalize pricing across markets
Apply margin before client presentation

6. Deal Handoff & Operational Alignment

Margin summary
Prevent incomplete handoffs

7. Emergency Pricing & Rapid Response Structuring
Apply margin to emergency quotes quickly

Protect margin under speed conditions
8. Continuous Commercial Optimization
