JOB OVERVIEW

Event Escapes is an AI-Powered Travel Startup based in Australia. We sell high-end travel packages for the world’s biggest events: Formula 1, Premier League, NBA, and Taylor Swift. etc.

We are looking for a Creative Producer who can take our travel packages and turn them into viral, high-converting content for Instagram Reels and TikTok plus handle VIP customer support and operations.

HOURS: 20 Hours / Week (Flexible Schedule)
LOCATION: Remote (Work from Home)
CAREER PATH: Potential to upgrade to Full-Time (40hrs/week) after a 4-month performance review.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES (60% Content / 40% Operations)

1. SOCIAL MEDIA & CONTENT (60% - The Growth Engine):

Video Production: You edit 3-5 high-quality Reels/TikToks per week. You are an expert in CapCut and know how to use trending audio, hooks, and fast-paced editing to grab attention.

Content Strategy: You research upcoming events (e.g., "Monaco GP 2026") and create a content calendar to promote them before they sell out.

Aesthetic & Brand: You use Canva to create professional Instagram Stories and Carousels that look like a premium luxury travel brand.

Community Growth: You reply to comments, engage with travel communities, and build hype around our brand.

2. OPERATIONS & SUPPORT (40% - The Safety Net):

Emergency Booking Support: You are the first line of defense for customers in trouble. If a guest has an issue at hotel check-in or with their tickets, you resolve it immediately via WhatsApp, Email, or Live Chat.

VIP Concierge: We sell packages worth $5,000+. You manage our Support Inbox with flawless, professional, and empathetic English.

Flexible On-Call: You generally work weekdays, but we may need you to be on-call during major events to handle urgent questions if they arise.

MANDATORY TECH REQUIREMENTS:

Own Device: You must have your own fast Laptop or PC capable of editing video without lagging. (We do not provide equipment).

Internet: High-speed connection is required for uploading large video files and streaming sports.

Backup Plan: You must have a backup internet source (e.g., Mobile Data Hotspot) in case of outages.

WHO YOU ARE:

A Visual Storyteller: You have a portfolio of travel or lifestyle content that looks expensive and professional.

Tech-Savvy: You are comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT/Claude), Admin Dashboards, and Google Sheets.

Sports/Event Knowledge: You know the difference between the NBA Finals and the Super Bowl.
