Social Media & Email Marketing Specialist

(Part-Time | Remote | Performance-Based Growth)

We’re a growing digital marketing company looking for a hands-on Social Media & Email Marketing Specialist to support multiple client accounts. This role is execution-focused and ideal for someone who enjoys designing, posting, and managing real campaigns—not just brainstorming ideas.

Responsibilities

Social Media Marketing

* Design engaging social media graphics and captions
* Schedule and publish posts across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
* Follow brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency
* Repurpose content across platforms
* Track basic engagement metrics
* Maintain monthly content calendars

Email Marketing

* Design and format email campaigns (newsletters, promotions, announcements)
* Write clear, concise email copy with strong CTAs
* Build and schedule campaigns in platforms such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar
* Create basic automations when needed
* Ensure mobile-friendly layouts
* Monitor open rates and click-through rates

Design & Content

* Create social and email graphics using Canva (Adobe a plus)
* Resize and adapt designs for multiple platforms
* Organize templates and assets for reuse

General Marketing Support

* Assist with light copywriting (captions, headlines, short blurbs)
* Collaborate with internal marketing and web teams
* Manage multiple clients and deadlines efficiently
* Suggest content ideas aligned with client goals

Requirements

* Experience with social media and email marketing
* Must provide samples of:

* Social media designs
* Email campaigns
* Proficiency in Canva and/or AI to create images / designs (required)
* Familiarity with scheduling tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Later, etc.)
* Experience with email platforms (Mailerlite or similar)
* Strong attention to detail and reliability
* Able to work independently and meet deadlines

* $5–$10 per hour, based on experience and skill
* Part-time to start
