JOB OVERVIEW

Hiring: Part-Time Insurance VA (Personal & Commercial Lines) – QQ Catalyst Experience Required

We are currently seeking an experienced Insurance Virtual Assistant with prior experience supporting agencies in California. The ideal candidate has a strong background in quoting, policy servicing, and working within QQ Catalyst (Vertafore).

This role will support both Personal Lines (PL) and Commercial Lines (CL) operations.

Key Responsibilities

Create and manage accounts in QQ Catalyst (Vertafore)
Review new binders and policies for accuracy and properly enter them into QQ
Prepare ACORD applications, certificates, and related documentation
Send certificates and documents to banks and lenders
Prepare invoices
Send and follow up on underwriting recommendations
Request and track loss runs
Process endorsement requests
Track upcoming renewals and update applications accordingly
Assist with quoting and carrier submissions as needed

Experience working with the following carriers is highly preferred:
Distinguished
Honeycomb
Bamboo
ReinsurePro
Non-admitted carriers through surplus lines brokers

Qualifications
Strong background in quoting (Personal and/or Commercial Lines)
Hands-on experience with QQ Catalyst (Vertafore)
Familiarity with ACORD forms and policy documentation
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
