JOB OVERVIEW

Xactimate Estimator (Remote)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Xactimate Estimator to join our growing team. This role focuses on sketching Matterport scans in Xactimate and writing estimates using pre-written scope notes, with additional responsibilities supporting estimate documentation and revisions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Sketch residential and commercial properties in Xactimate using Matterport scans
- Write accurate Xactimate estimates based on scope notes provided by our team
- Create scope notes when needed using CompanyCam and Matterport documentation
- Complete estimate revisions and supplements as requested
- Maintain consistency, accuracy, and timeliness across all assignments

Requirements:
- Proven experience writing estimates in Xactimate
- Strong proficiency with Matterport sketching
- Ability to interpret photos, scans, and documentation accurately
- Familiarity with insurance claim estimating (property damage preferred)
- Excellent attention to detail and time management
- Ability to meet deadlines in a remote work environment

Preferred (Not Required):
- Xactimate Level 2 or 3 Certification
- Experience with CompanyCam
- Knowledge of residential construction and repair methods
