We are hiring a long-term Virtual Assistant for SteadyAnswer — an AI receptionist company helping home service contractors (HVAC, plumbing, roofing) capture more jobs and never miss calls.
We are looking for someone reliable, tech-friendly, detail-oriented, and excited to learn new AI tools.
Primary Responsibilities:
1.
• Join and monitor contractor
• Post helpful and engaging content (templates and guidance provided)
• Reply to comments and build conversations
• Message interested contractors using friendly scripts
• Track leads and conversations in Google Sheets or CRM
2. Video Creation & Editing
• Create short marketing videos (30–90 seconds) from scripts we provide
• Occasionally create 2-minute welcome/demo videos
• Use tools like CapCut, Canva, Descript, and AI avatar tools like HeyGen
• Add captions, b-roll, and simple edits
3. Learning & Tech Tools
• Watch training videos and learn new tools like Pressmaster and AI content platforms
• Follow step-by-step SOPs
Requirements:
• Excellent English (written and spoken)
• Experience with social media or online communities
• Basic video editing experience
• Comfortable learning new technology
• Reliable internet and computer
• Organized and detail-oriented
Bonus Skills:
• Experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, HeyGen, Canva AI, etc.)
• Experience working with marketing or SaaS companies
• Experience with contractor or home service industries
