JOB OVERVIEW

Status: Building talent bench (Start approx. 6–8 months)
Engagement Type: Self-Employed Project-based with future retainer potential
Location: Remote
English communication required

About Me
I’m Molly, founder of a marketing consultancy transitioning into a systems-driven digital ecosystem using GoHighLevel.
Over the next 6–8 months, I will be scaling:
• Automated funnels
• Client sub-accounts
• Course delivery systems
• CRM pipelines
• Ad-driven lead generation
• White-labelled backend systems
I’m looking to build a relationship now with a GoHighLevel implementation expert who may support future setup and ongoing system optimisation.

What This Role Would Involve (Future Scope)
When activated, responsibilities may include:
• Setting up and structuring client sub-accounts
• Building funnels from wireframes
• Workflow automation (triggers, tags, logic paths)
Email/SMS automation implementation
• Pipeline configuration
• Domain & DNS support
• Snapshot creation & deployment
• QA testing & troubleshooting
• Managing support tickets or tech fixes
• Suggesting optimisation improvements

Ideal Profile
You:
• Have deep GoHighLevel experience (2+ years preferred)
• Have built complex multi-step automations
• Understand tagging architecture & CRM logic
• Can document your builds cleanly
• Think in systems, not tasks
• Are proactive in suggesting improvements
• Can work independently with minimal handholding
Bonus if you:
• Understand course ecosystems
• Have experience with white-labelled SaaS
• Have worked with coaches / agencies

Application Task
Please include:
1- A brief explanation of the most complex GHL workflow you’ve built
2- A Loom (or written breakdown) showing a sub-account or automation you’ve structured
3- Your preferred pricing model (hourly / retainer)
4- Your availability (hours per week capacity)
5- Your hourly rate in £GP & $USD
6- Your email address as successful candidates will be contacted via email.

Timeline
This role will likely begin in approximately 6–8 months.
However:
• Initial small setup tasks may be offered earlier
• A short paid technical test may be requested
• Long-term collaboration potential exists

Why Apply Now?
I’m intentionally building my long-term systems team early.
If you’re someone who enjoys building structured backend ecosystems and wants to grow with an expanding digital brand - I’d love to review your work.
