Remote | Australian Business Clients | Full Time (AEST)
We are an Australian IT services firm supporting small and mid?sized businesses. We are looking for an experienced Service Desk Technician with strong English skills to provide remote Level 2 IT support to Australian clients.
This is not a call?centre role. You will be expected to troubleshoot issues, communicate clearly with business users, and take ownership of tickets.
Responsibilities
Provide Level 2 support for Windows 10/11 users
Support Microsoft 365 including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive
Troubleshoot basic networking issues including VPN, DNS, DHCP and TCP/IP
Deliver professional phone and
Document work accurately, manage tickets, and escalate issues when required
Work with third?party vendors where necessary
Requirements
Excellent spoken and written English (mandatory)
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a service desk or IT support role
Hands?on experience supporting Microsoft 365 in a business environment
Strong Windows 10/11 troubleshooting skills
Confidence providing phone support to business users
Ability to work independently with reliable internet
Nice to have: experience in an MSP environment, backups, or VoIP
Working hours (mandatory)
Full?time, 40 hours per week
Australian business hours: 8:30am – 5:30pm AEST
