We are a U.S.-based marketing agency helping roofing companies generate and book more jobs using automation, Google LSA, and speed-to-lead systems.
We are looking for a confident, high-performing remote closer who can handle inbound and outbound booked appointments and close $1,500–$5,000/month service packages.
This is NOT a script-reading position.
We need someone who can:
• Run professional discovery calls
• Identify real business pain
• Control the sales conversation
• Handle objections confidently
• Close and collect payment
• Follow up consistently
What You’ll Be Selling:
• Tier 1 – $1,500/month automation system
• Tier 2 – $3,500/month automation + Google LSA
• Tier 3 – $5,000/month automation + LSA + speed-to-lead AI booking
Average deal value target: $3,500+
Compensation:
• 20% commission on all closed deals
• No cap on earnings
• Paid weekly or biweekly
Example Earnings:
If you close:
• 4 deals/month at $3,500 average = $14,000 revenue ? $2,800 commission
• 8 deals/month = $28,000 revenue ? $5,600 commission
• 12 deals/month = $42,000 revenue ? $8,400 commission
High performers can scale significantly as appointment volume increases.
Requirements:
• Previous high-ticket closing experience (B2B preferred)
• Strong English fluency
• Experience with Zoom sales calls
• Comfortable handling $1,500–$5,000/month offers
• Experience using CRM systems
• Coachable but confident
Bonus if you have experience in:
• Marketing services
• Lead generation
• Home services niche
• NEPQ / consultative selling frameworks
Schedule:
• U.S. business hours
• Full-time preferred
• Flexible as long as calls are handled professionally
You will be speaking with roofing company owners in the United States.
You must be comfortable discussing marketing ROI, lead flow, and revenue growth.
