Job Title: Performance Media Buyer & Creative Strategist – Beauty Sleep Club
Salary: $1,500 month (Full-Time)

The Mission
Your goal is to scale Beauty Sleep Club’s customer acquisition engine profitably. You will manage high-volume spends across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and Pinterest. We are not looking for someone to "manage" ads; we want someone to pioneer them. You must be obsessed with data and even more obsessed with high-velocity creative testing.
Your Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Creative Velocity: Successfully launch and test 100+ new creatives per week across all platforms.
Efficiency: Maintain and lower the target CAC (Cost Per Acquisition) even as daily spend increases.
Strategic Growth: Devise and test 10 new creative concepts per week based on market trends and competitor analysis.
Reporting: Deliver a comprehensive weekly report highlighting best-performing ads, spend distribution, and actionable creative insights.
Core Responsibilities
Full-Funnel Management: Architect and optimize campaign structures on Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and Pinterest.
Creative Feedback Loop: Identify winning "hooks" and "angles" and report them directly to the design and video teams for rapid iteration.
Competitor Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive research into competitor ads to extract successful patterns for us to model and improve upon.
Trend Spotting: Stay ahead of social media trends and "viral" ad formats, translating them into creative concepts for Beauty Sleep Club.
Campaign Optimization: Manage daily bidding, budget scaling, and audience testing to ensure maximum ROI on every dollar spent.
Technical Skills Required
Cross-Platform Mastery: Proven track record of scaling spend on Meta and TikTok (Snapchat/Pinterest experience is a massive plus).
Data Fluency: Deep understanding of e-commerce metrics (ROAS, MER, nCAC, LTV, and Thumb-stop rates).
AI Tool Integration: Proficiency in using AI tools to analyze data and assist in creative conceptualization.
Creative Eye: The ability to look at a video and understand why it is or isn't converting.
